Un <strong>bail commercial de 9 ans fermes<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 avec le groupe <strong>Egis<\/strong>, acteur international dans les domaines de l'architecture, de l'ing\u00e9nierie et de la mobilit\u00e9, pour l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de l\u2019immeuble <strong>Le Passage<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Montreuil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un immeuble neuf, performant et durable au c\u0153ur du Grand Paris<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le Passage : une op\u00e9ration acquise en VEFA en 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e9 dans le <strong>secteur dynamique du bas Montreuil<\/strong>, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate de Paris, l\u2019immeuble <strong>Le Passage<\/strong> est un programme neuf acquis en <strong>VEFA (Vente en l'\u00c9tat Futur d'Ach\u00e8vement)<\/strong> par Allianz Immovalor en 2022.
