La SCPI a concentr\u00e9 ses efforts sur l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du plan d'arbitrage, avec la cession :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d'un Carrefour Market \u00e0 Ballancourt-sur-Essonne pour 7,8 M\u20ac ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d'un actif de bureaux rue Joseph de Maistre \u00e0 Paris pour 13 M\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces ventes visent \u00e0 <strong>lib\u00e9rer des liquidit\u00e9s<\/strong> pour financer des travaux de restructuration et renforcer la r\u00e9silience du portefeuille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une gestion active des locataires<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le plan locatif :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6 relocations et renouvellements<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour des surfaces importantes comme <strong>le b\u00e2timent Panside \u00e0 Issy-les-Moulineaux<\/strong> (7 905 m\u00b2 relou\u00e9s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toutefois, plusieurs lib\u00e9rations significatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es, notamment au <strong>Crisco \u00e0 S\u00e8vres<\/strong> et <strong>Carr\u00e9 Daumesnil \u00e0 Paris<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela entra\u00eene un taux d'occupation physique l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en retrait \u00e0 80,0 %, contre 80,5 % class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un contexte immobilier encore contraint, Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel Pierre 1 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de <strong>r\u00e9ajuster son niveau de distribution<\/strong>
