Cette transaction s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans la strat\u00e9gie du groupe, visant \u00e0 optimiser son portefeuille et \u00e0 r\u00e9allouer son capital vers des actifs prime \u00e0 plus fort potentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00e9tails de la transaction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cession concerne une <strong>joint-venture<\/strong> entre Nuveen Real Estate (pour le compte de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TIAA) et GSA.
