L\u2019op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de son <strong>OPPCI Organa III<\/strong>, en partenariat avec PGIM Real Estate, et conclue avec <strong>M7 Real Estate<\/strong>, agissant pour une joint-venture regroupant <strong>Oxford Properties<\/strong> (branche immobili\u00e8re du fonds de pension canadien OMERS) et <strong>AustralianSuper<\/strong>, l\u2019un des plus grands fonds de pension australiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Composition du portefeuille Warenet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>portefeuille \u00ab Warenet \u00bb<\/strong> est constitu\u00e9 de <strong>quatre entrep\u00f4ts logistiques<\/strong> totalisant environ <strong>109 000 m\u00b2<\/strong>.
