d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026 marqu\u00e9 par une certaine prudence dans un contexte de tensions g\u00e9opolitiques persistantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es de BNP Real Estate Research
